Glass/Plexi-glass Cutting - currently we offer only 1/8" window pane thickness glass & plexi and can only cut straight edges

Keys - We can copy most house and car keys, including many electronic and on-board programming keys. We do not re-key locks or make any keys from the vin number of vehicles.

Fax & Copy - Faxes are $1 per page. Copies are .25 per page, black & white, no larger than 8 1/2" x 11" (letter size).

Special Pricing for Large Jobs - quotes given on a case-by-case basis depending on the current cost of materials. Please have exact quantities and/or measurements ready when requesting a quote to insure the most accurate pricing. We do not offer any across the board "contractor discounts."

Military Discount - We do offer an 8% military discount. If you are active duty or retired military, please inform the cashier of your status at the time of purchase
What's the return policy?
Refunds will be given via the method of original payment when returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unused and in original packaging.

custom items or special order
Defective items will be dealt with according to the manufacturer's warranty.
Some items are not eligible for a refund. They include custom items such as tinted paint, items cut to size, for example: piping, glass, lumber, chain, tubing, electrical wire, etc... and special order items over two weeks from the received date.
NO RECEIPT
For items without receipt or proof of purchase, or beyond thirty days since purchase, an exchange will be given based on the current selling price. As with a refund, item must be in original condition & packaging.
DEFECTIVE Items
Defective items will be dealt with according to the manufacturer's warranty.
